We are happy to announce the reopening of the Scorpion Bay Hotel! It will be on Wednesday, July 1st.
The Hotel and the restaurant will have limited capacity, however, until further notice. Our reservation system will reflect the limited capacity and at this time, there will be no overflow options available. We will continue to update our capacity as we are allowed by the government. For reservation policies, please visit the page on our website here.
We have some other new updates to share with you. San Juanico is now open to non-residents once again. The beaches are open as well, but with restrictions that will be enforced by local police. Those restrictions include masks to be worn when on the beach, social distancing in and out of the water, 10 people per Point at any given time, and a two-hour limit per person in the water. Also enforced is a 10pm curfew.
Businesses in San Juanico are starting to open again like the Burro and the campgrounds. Please note that the US/Mexico border closure to non-essential travelers was extended to July 21st.
When we have new information, we will post here on our website and social media platforms and send a newsletter to our subscribers.
Our US office remains closed so if you need to contact us, please do so at email@example.com. Current accommodations, rates, and availability are viewable through the website.
Thank you for being patient. We look forward to hosting you soon!
